DEFINED:  "SECOND HOME"

A SECOND HOME is a property that is located within a reasonable distance from the borrowers principal residence and which the borrrower occupies for some portion of the year. The property must be suitable for year round occupancy and is not under a timeshare agreement or have given up the management control over to a management company.
